Hey there!

I’m Karisma, known to some as Ms Karisma and my life has been anything but ordinary!

I was born in Malaysia and raised on the sun-kissed island of St. Martin/Maarten. I grew up between cultures, languages, and ways of life. From preschool to SATs, the island shaped me and taught me that the world is a dazzling mosaic of people, ideas, and possibilities. And that global upbringing has thankfully became the heartbeat of everything I do.

Today, I’m back in my birth country and am based in Kuala Lumpur. I work at an international school where I support neurodiverse students of all abilities and backgrounds. I’m passionate about helping learners discover what makes them shine by building confidence, celebrating their strengths, and guiding them toward academic and emotional success.

Over the years, I’ve had the joy of working with children, teens, and adults in all kinds of settings and my work has also opened doors in regards to animal rescue and taking care of two cats who are also special in their own way.
